By submitting this application, the undersigned warrants that the applicant and each individual listed as a principal, partner, owner, guarantor, or obligor consent, authorize, and warrant the following: Navigation Financial and its agents may obtain commercial and consumer credit reports, investigate references and statements, and make other credit inquiries about the applicant and all such individuals, and any party contacted may release credit and financial information. Navigation Financial and its affiliates may share financial, credit, and other information about the applicant and such individuals with one another and use this information for marketing purposes. The information provided on or accompanying this application is true and complete, and the undersigned agrees to notify Navigation Financial of any material changes. This application is submitted solely for financing business and commercial purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes. The applicant, if an individual, certifies they are a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States. This application and all consents, disclosures, and warranties apply to any future financing requests unless the applicant submits a new written application.

In compliance with federal law aimed at preventing terrorism and money laundering, Navigation Financial must obtain, verify, and record identifying information for all account holders, including name, address, date of birth, and other details. The applicant may also be required to provide a driver’s license or other identifying documents. If the application is submitted electronically, the applicant acknowledges the risks associated with unencrypted communication and understands that Navigation Financial is not responsible for the security of submitted information or any data theft during transmission. By entering a name as an authorized agent and submitting this application, the applicant agrees to these terms and confirms their electronic signature.

If the application for business credit is denied, the applicant has the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial. To request this statement, the applicant must contact Navigation Financials' Customer Service Department within 60 days of notification. Navigation Financial will provide a written statement of reasons within 30 days of receiving the request.
